Originally from Puerto Rico, Jesus Castro is a seasoned entrepreneur and expert in the construction industry, with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He began his career working on large-scale commercial and residential projects before founding Safe Electric in 2012, a company recognized for delivering high-quality electrical solutions. Under his leadership, Safe Electric successfully completed over 400 residential homes, 29 hotels, 5 schools, warehouses, retail stores, and supermarkets, solidifying his reputation in the industry.
In 2022, Jesus became the CEO of Cowise Group, a fast-growing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) company. His strategic vision and innovation have propelled Cowise into a leading provider of integrated MEP, construction, and design solutions across multiple states.
Expanding his impact further, in 2024, Jesus and his partners launched Wealth Tech Solutions, an engineering and development firm specializing in cutting-edge MEP solutions and project management. As a driving force behind these companies, he continues to lead with innovation, efficiency, and excellence, shaping the future of the construction industry in the U.S
LUCAS REZENDE - FOUNDER & COO
As Senior Executive Vice President (SEVP) and Chief Operating Officer (COO), Lucas Rezende leads the commercial, residential, and hospitality markets, overseeing business development, project management, estimating, planning, and budgeting. He sets strategic policies and goals to drive efficiency and innovation within the company’s development teams.
With over 12 years of experience, Lucas has successfully managed $450 million+ in projects across six states, earning a reputation for fostering innovation, building high-performing teams, and delivering client-centric solutions. His expertise spans multifamily, hospitality, and commercial construction, having led both small and large-scale developments in eight states.
As COO of Cowise Group, Lucas played a key role in expanding the company into six new states, driving business growth and delivering successful projects. In 2024, he became a partner in Wealth Tech Solutions, bringing his expertise in strategic development and large-scale project execution to enhance the company’s expansion and operational excellence.
A PMP-certified Project Manager, Lucas holds a BS in Civil Engineering from The Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (Brazil). His leadership continues to shape the future of real estate development and MEP solutions.

Hiren “Chico” Patel – Hospitality & Development Leader
Hiren “Chico” Patel is a seasoned entrepreneur and founder of Heritage Hospitality Group (formerly S&R Development), which he established in 2006. Growing up immersed in the hospitality industry, Chico developed a hands-on approach to hotel operations and construction, mastering the art of building and managing high-performing, profitable hotels. His deep industry expertise and meticulous attention to detail have led to the successful development of top-tier hospitality projects across the United States, including in high-barrier-to-entry markets.
With strong relationships and the trust of leading brands such as Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), Chico has built a reputation for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. As the driving force behind Heritage Hospitality Group, he works closely with his senior leadership team to identify new opportunities and maximize returns for the company’s partners.
In 2024, Chico expanded his entrepreneurial footprint by becoming a partner in Wealth Tech Solutions, where he brings his extensive expertise in development, construction, and strategic growth to help drive the company’s expansion and success.
Chico attended Mississippi State University and currently resides in Ridgeland, MS, with his wife and three children. His leadership, vision, and commitment to excellence continue to shape the hospitality and construction industries.
CHRIS G. GOURAS JR. - FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER
Chris G. Gouras, Jr. is the owner and principal of Gouras & Associates, LLC, bringing over 25 years of expertise in economic development, disaster recovery, and public-private funding strategies. He has played a crucial role in securing and managing Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), assisting communities in obtaining essential funding for infrastructure, housing, and economic revitalization projects. His work has been instrumental in fostering growth, resilience, and redevelopment in numerous regions across the United States.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University (1993) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Mississippi College (1997). His expertise in financial structuring, strategic planning, and development consulting has enabled businesses, municipalities, and organizations to navigate complex economic landscapes successfully.
In 2024, Chris expanded his impact by joining Wealth Tech Solutions as a partner, bringing his wealth of experience in finance, economic development, and strategic growth to the company. His role is pivotal in leveraging funding opportunities, optimizing financial planning, and driving large-scale development projects, helping Wealth Tech Solutions expand its reach and maximize its industry potential.

Sharon is a Brazilian entrepreneur with a strong background in business management and human resources, she has built a reputation as a strategic and visionary leader, driving growth across multiple industries.
Her entrepreneurial journey began in 2009 in the beauty industry, where she founded and scaled a successful brand, managing over 80 employees and expanding to five locations in Brazil. In 2022, she took her business international by launching a location in Miami, Florida. That same year, she entered the construction sector, founding Cowise Group and later expanding its services with Cowise Design, a division focused on architectural planning, interior design, and 3D renderings.
By 2024, Sharon became a licensed Realtor in Florida, integrating real estate, design, and construction into a seamless service. She also led Cowise’s expansion into Alabama, Louisiana, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, and Mississippi, solidifying its presence in multiple states.
Now, in 2024, she is also joining Wealth Tech Solutions, contributing her expertise to accelerate its growth and market expansion. With a strong commitment to excellence, innovation, and integrated solutions, Sharon continues to shape the future of the construction and real estate industries

Originally from Venezuela, Cesar Romero comes from a family with deep roots in the construction industry. Growing up in this environment, he developed a passion for construction and electrical systems, which has shaped his professional journey since 2011. With extensive experience working in residential, commercial, and industrial projects, he has built a strong reputation in project management, electrical engineering, and construction leadership.
